Give Your Support

Donations of Money or Services

The Coalition is self-sustaining through donations. Membership helps fund advocacy at the state and federal level and can only be used for project specific activities. Even small donations of $5 or $10 help, though a minimum of $150 gains you an individual membership to the I-94 West Coalition. For businesses the minimum donation amount for membership is $500. For more information on becoming an active member of the I-94 West Corridor Coalition please Contact Us. If our contact page is not sufficient for your needs you may contact us directly at info@i94coalition.com.

Another way to donate is through services. If you own a business that provides a service you think will benefit the Coalition that helps as well.

Write a Letter to Your Representative

Since its inception, the I-94 West Corridor Coalition has aggressively pursued solutions to improve infrastructure inadequacies along I-94 by implementing a federal legislative advocacy campaign which has produced remarkable results.

Recently, members of the coalition traveled to Washington, DC, to meet with Members of the Minnesota Congressional Delegation in an effort to seek their support for projects along the corridor which will improve safety, and decrease congestion which, at the end of the day, will benefit Minnesota’s families, travelers, and businesses. Representatives Erik Paulsen (MN-3) and Michele Bachmann (MN-6) offered their support and each requested $6.25 million for I-94 projects in the next six-year Surface Transportation Authorization Bill which is currently being crafted by Congress.

The Coalition seeks to continue its work as the federal legislative process moves forward and is working with the Minnesota Department of Transportation to access federal funding for this important transportation infrastructure project.

Your advocacy is vital to ensuring that this project continues to move forward. Please write, email, or call Senator Amy Klobuchar, Senator Al Franken, and your Member of Congress to signal your support and encourage them to support the coalition’s efforts to decrease congestion and improve safety on this critical business and transportation corridor.
